About the job:

• As part of your role, you will be responsible for controlling the machinery and materials used in production.
• This will involve performing risk analyses and issuing permits in accordance with established routines.
• You will also work collaboratively with the maintenance team to proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise.
• Additionally, you will play an active role in promoting safety, quality, and environmental initiatives in line with Northvolt’s routines and legal requirements.
• Finally, you will support your managers and colleagues in creating a positive work environment through inclusion, motivation, engagement, creativity, effective communication, and high standards.
